Using Artificial Intelligence In The Interviewing Process

In my Business Communications class at Fairmont State University, we were faced with a project of doing a presentation on companies using artificial intelligence in the workplace via interviewing.
My team and I worked for multiple weeks, communicating through text and email, to come up with a presentation that can do this heavy of a topic justice.
We did our own independent research and brought all of our knowledge together to come up with a way to create a presentation that smoothly flows with each other.
We were all nervous about speaking in front of our class, but we reminded each other that we were properly prepared and we remember to trust our new found knowledge of this topic.
We ended up succeeding, not only by way of grade, but also by way of business communication as a whole.

Hiration Practice Interviews

In the same class we got the opportunity to use the company "Hiration" to practice being interviewed by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Fairmont State University and Fairmont State University Career Services were given the opportunity to test this technology by the company, out of thousands of other schools in the nation.
It was able to use its' programming to monitor posture, eye contact, distance from the screen, and vocal pitch.
It was a good learning opportunity, because the use of AI in business is inevitable, We have to learn how to use it before it uses us.
